Pedal Group seeks applications from the suitable candidates for the post of Accountant.
The Accountant is responsible to prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, account receivables, account payable, purchase order, payrolls, reports and other financial records using Accounting Software. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of budgets/reports.
Support all day-to-day Accounting Functions
Maintain and make necessary adjustments to records and/or other logs such as journals, payrolls, entries etc. using modern Accounting Software.
Verify amount and code on various form to ensure accuracy.
Post journal entries and reconcile balance sheet account to general ledger.
Reconcile bank accounts and other department statements/estimates.
Process account payable vouchers and deposit account receivable cheques.
Prepare or check invoices, requisition or other invoices for processing and obtain approval where necessary.
Compile routine numerical information for reports either manually or using computer software.
Follow-up with clients for payment related matters.
Help process month end and year end close process Perform any other accounting duties as assigned.
At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accountancy with 2+ years of experience.
Must be detailed oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tally or other modern accounting software Maintain effective working relationship with company’s internal and external partners.
